Millionair Spring 2025

It may be useful to remember that the menopause and the perimenopause, while often accompanied by uncomfortable symptoms, are not ailments, but instead natural processes. They mark a transition from the ability to procreate through the monthly release of an egg and oestrogen to a new balance not based upon fertility. During the monthly cycle, women experience hormonal fluctuations. The more extreme these fluctuations are, the more discomfort we can experience in terms of symptoms such as mood swings, insomnia, tiredness, food cravings, cramps, etc. Similarly, during perimenopause and menopause, the more extreme the fluctuations are, the more severe the symptoms. So, supporting balance is key to reducing the extreme hormonal swings responsible for the worst symptoms of the monthly menstrual cycle swings, perimenopause and menopause.
