CASSANDRA GOAD PENDANT
This stunning diamond yellow gold pendant sums up the spirit of our strange times with its beautifully engraved quote of ‘Onwards’ – the perfect morale-boosting gift! There’s a lovely story, too, behind its creation. Knightsbridge-based jeweller Cassandra Goad designed the pendant in homage to her hero, explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, who, in 1916, managed to bring his crew home safely from a failed expedition to the Antarctic against the odds. Another amazing Antarctic explorer was Shackleton’s friend Henry Worsley. In tribute to both men, Cassandra has engraved the letters ‘S’ and ‘W’ a little more deeply. To honour the incredible work of the NHS, Cassandra is donating 10% of the sale of the ‘Onwards’ pendant to the charity, Salute The NHS.
